Pranic Healing® Level 1 is the foundational training where students learn how to work with the human energy body using simple, practical techniques.
In this experiential workshop you will learn how to scan the aura, cleanse congested energy, and energize areas that need support. Students practice the techniques throughout the class so they leave confident applying them in real-life situations.
Pranic Healing Level 1 introduces the basic principles of energy anatomy, including the aura and chakras, and teaches structured techniques to help restore balance and vitality in the body’s energy field.
No previous experience with energy healing is required. The methods are clear, systematic, and designed so anyone can learn to apply them effectively.
